Drive to Neutral on stop light or during anytime

Is it okay for a Automatic tranny to be switched from Drive to neutral then back to neutral?

Will this cause pre-mature wear to the tranny?

Just wondering.. I just sold my GSR and went more practical and bought a auto TSX.

Just got into a habit in putting the car into neutral while stopped.
