Default drivability changes during rain

hey I just wanted to check and to see if this is a common issue or not. I was tuned by mase and he does a great job. My question is about the car feels different in the rain. I konw that there is a higher humidity level and probably less oxygen in the air and thats why it could be different but just wanted to get some ideas.

Most likely. But won't matter when you're driving at 1/3 throttle all of the time.

You're slowing down right?
