Default Dragging brakes

All the sudden my brakes started sqeaking. They squeal really loud in reverse (front drivers side).

When the problem 1st started, the front drivers would squeak while turning left. The sound would stop when I applied the brakes. Now its doing it off and on going straight, and mostly after I hit a bump. The sound does not dissapear now after i apply the brakes. its almost as if its hitting a high spot on the rotor (aka rotors warped)

So I took the caliper off. Of the 2 caliper pins, the top one barely moves. I took it out, cleaned it along with the hole, relubed with high temp grease, and it still has a TON of resistance. Dont know if this is the issue.

However I pushed the caliper piston in a tiny bit with a C-clamp, and there was hardly any drag when I spun the wheel. Pumped the brakes, and BOOM, I could hardly spin the wheel.

I know the brakes always contact the rotor, but the front drivers wheel has soo much resistance (same wtih passenger). What is this usually caused from?

I coated the Caliper piston with brake fluid, greased up everything real good. Even ground down the brake pads where they fit into the brackets, to ensure they have a smooth travel and dont stick.

Only thing I havent done was bleed the brakes, since I dont ahve another person to pump the brakes. however most of the time brakes feel solid, so I dont know if its air. Also sometimes when I hit a bump, the car JERKs to the right, or sometimes left so hard, that its really hard to couter it.
