i hit the brakes........ this started happening the day after i when road racing.
two nights ago i took the brakes apart, just to make sure everything was fine, and
they appeared to be fine. what else can i do to fixed this damn squeaking?

if you take your hands off the wheel and get into the brakes on a smooth road does it pull to one side? or even without hitting the brakes? if so that caliper might need a rebuild/swap...

you checked the pads right?
road racing (if you mean track) can kill brakes.

Jack up that corner of the car that the wheel is on.
Put tranny in neutral (just be sure your parking brake is set if you're testing the front brakes!).

Try and spin the wheel with your hands. It should spin with only very little resistance.

I had a rear caliper that was dragging but it was really obvious. With the wheel off it was noticeably difficult to turn the hub with my hands and I could hear it scraping. With the wheel on it might not be as noticeable because of the mechanical advantage of applying the force a foot from the hub as opposed to 2 inches or whatever.
