Yes, but why would you want to? Just convert to MPFI.

Yes; Agreed. It will work but you will not be able to properly run the VTEC system and you won't see any gains until you convert to MPFI.

I know, what can i do for the mpfi swap besides having to park my dd and send rywire my harness so they can convert it??? LMK

I'd do that or if you can find a local that is pretty wiring savy then I'd use him/her. You'll have to park the DD while the head is being replaced anyway, probably shorter turn around than the wiring but not too much. Would help if I could but I'm on the other side of the U.S.
