DPFI to MPFI...Wire for Dizzy!?!?!
Well here is what i am stumped on guys. I really need help on this. I have a 89 crx DX and swapping in a B18a1 motor with a 89 HF wiring harness. I coverted my DX to MPFI using this chart below.... And I am wondering, does this apply exactly to my situation?? I have done all the wiring so far as Fuel injection, TB wires go... But when i did the Distributer wires i only connected 3 out of 4 wires because the 4th wire i needed to connect was for the C2 pin on the ecu to the Orange/White wire I COULDN'T FIND. The wires i have left on the plug is a Orange, Cream, White, and a White/Blue wire. Does anyone know what color wire it is that i need to connect to C2 pin off the Distributer plug because i cant find the Org/Wht wire! HELP
i believe this chart is not quite right - when you started, you should have had an orange wire at c1 which needed to be moved to b10, a white wire at c2 which needed to be moved to b12 - so far, so good - next extend a new wire from c1 to blue/green on distributor and a new wire from c2 to the blue/yellow on distributor - c3 which is orange/blue should stay to orange/ blue on distributor - c4 which is white/blue should stay to white/blue on distributor - hope this helps
just noticed you have a B18 - i'm not sure what the wire colors are on the b18 distributor or which ecu you are using - the chart and the description above are mainly for the DX to Si conversion - also, the HF engine harness is not the same as the Si even though it will plug into the Si chassis harness - some of the wires are in different locations.

Ok thanks for your input but i have a PR4 OBD0 Distributer and a PR4 OBD0 ECU. So since you tell me this chart is incorrect and don't know the colors to a b18 distributer the information you have given me has gotten me confused on to which information is correct. But thanks for your help.
