OK I finally finished wiring up today and after triple checking all wiring to make sure it's all right since the first article I read on how-to was completely opposite of what needed to be done. I can only think it maybe an injector problem they have been sitting around for about a year or longer . I get no CELs it starts up fine everytime just about but gets barely any throttle response all it does is bog down when I press the gas but only bogs in the lower RPMs any suggestions? I also checked all grounds they seem to check out fine

 

Did you switch around the two outer wires on the TPS sensor connector?
