hey guys, my power window came off its track, so i removed the door panel, but now there is this white plastic rubbery thing, do i need to rip that off? How will i put it back on if i rip it off? Im guessing i also need to take out the speakers to? Thanks guys.

yeah just cut the white stuff away and take the speaker out to free up some room. dont even put the white stuff back.
