searched 7 pages and coulnd't find anything non vtec specific any help is appreciated.
basic need for the is swap are head gasket, intake and exuast gasket. manifolds are compatible, its pretty straight foward. how many hours would this swap take a expirenced import mechanic?
im tryin to get a deal lined up for a '96 p&p head, i have some crower cams, sprockets, and springs i would like to do this swap all at one time. is there anything i have missed in considering this swap?
p.s. water pump, timing belt, and tensioner were all replaced 3 months ago.
thanks in advance

You may want to use a stronger head stud as well. And while the engine is apart it would be a good idea to upgrade bottom end components such as pistons, stock b16 pistons will fit with a little work and will boost compression to around 11:1. And yes the timing belt is the same.
