Does this look sleeved?
I'm picking up a car this week that has a sleeved h23 block included in the sale. Owner does not have paperwork for it, but says they are golden eagle sleeves with a golden eagle block guard. Also has cp pistons and carillo rods. But does this look to be sleeves or are they stock h23 sleeves?
looks stock to me....
compared to this stock h23.
ive had h22 with darton sleeves and they look nothing like that.

That's kind of what I was thinking, especially having the inner "ring" of sleeve, most Eagle I have seen are on solid sleeve, doesn't look 2 piece like that.
Only thing that's odd about it really being a closed deck, is the fact that what is the "block guard" actually is recessed in to the block, it is not flush with the deck.
