I switched to jays racing CF intake and it was much more muffled sound and I couldn't even hear my vtec engage.
I have a 3" to 4" short ram with v stack and filter and it sounds raspy after 3500rpm
with jays racing it doesn't get raspy at all.

Oh yeah it makes a world of a difference!!!! I had a cai that caused rasp in my exhaust. It is due to the smoothness of the pipe and the resonants. Changed to a ITR stock tube and airbox and all rasp went away. I believe juggernaut Ctr has a similar experience.

hows that? jays racing is also smooth inside
I have a 3 inch pipe about 14" long going to a 3.5inch that is about 10 inches long and then v stack with k&n filter.
should I coat it with wrinkle paint or something?(inside the tube)
