Default Do integra fuel filters flow the same as civic fuel filters?

I have a b18c1 in my hatch, and I realized that as long as I've owned the car I've never changed the fuel filter, so I go out and buy the filter from acura only to find out that I still have the civic filter on there!!!

So now I have an integra fuel filter sitting around and I can either make it fit (by getting the new brackets to hold it) or throw it away and buy the civic one...

My question is will there be a benefit to using the integra filter over the civic filter? The cost will be about the same either way.

its a filter, it has no affect on flow if you are using stock injectors.
