Default Do I need new calipers??

I just changed my rotors yesterday and noticed my pads had worn uneven...I also noticed that the rubber inside the caliper piston was ripped on both rears...Is the uneven wear due to bad calipers??

You just want to rebuild the calipers and re-surface the rotors. Bled the system again to make sure there is no air.

Torn dust boots let crud in there, maybe the cylinder bore is either dirty or scratched.
