Do I have enough compression?

I want to know if my stock gsr has the compression to run cams( which ones would be best ) I have CAI, header, intake manifold and will be getting throttle body and valvesprings.

ok so you have stock compression. you could probably get good results wuth skunk2 stage 2's.
