I jurt got a d16y8 (ex) head i just got and the dizzy will not go in it at all. then i loosened the rockers and put it in but it will not move. im not about to even put this head in my car like this. please help me under stand whats happning. i might have an idea but i want to know what some one has to say.

 

Need some more information bro. What kind of car, engine, year of the new head.

 

Make sure the key way on the distributor is facing the right way, the center key is offset to one side so you cannot put it on 180 Degrees out of time....
