Dizzy ? TD44 vs. TD44U. What is the U?
Buying a distributor but wondering if there is a difference? I have a B16A which takes TD44, They say B16A2 takes the TD44U. Does it really matter. Need to know ASAP stuck at the shop!
OBD1 and OBD2 distributors will have different plugs, if It's OBD1 order it for a '92 - '93 Integra GS-R/'94 - '95 Del Sol VTEC. If it's OBD2 order it for a '96 - '97 Del Sol VTEC/'99 - '00 Si/'97 - '01 Integra Type R.
the dizzy is exatly the same i believe i know people that soder new plugs to eliminate the mismatch . im currently running an obd2 dizzy but i converted it to obd1 for my teg.
this would be the same as yr b16a which is obd 1-or zero and the b16a2 which is obd 2
im going to agree with 94eg the only difference is the plugs wont match but the dizzy itself will work in either head

No they all say they are OBD1 also but i just didnt know. Im going from OBD0 to OBD1 and allready have the adapters so i hope its right when it gets here. Ordered one from ebay TD44U says it OBD1 and says its for a B16A2 so I guess we will find out.

There is the link, the connectors look obd1. They say what you see in the pics is what will be sent to you.
