I was looking round the scrap yard the other day and came across a del sol esi with a complete engine in it. I took the p28-g00 ecu out and am gonna socket it but I wondered if it was worth taking the dizzy off it too. As far as I can tell it's a (d16y6 or 9 iirc) sohc vtec, can I use this obd1 dizzy on a dohc vtec? I doubt it but it just got me wondering 'cos it is going cheap and might be nice to hold as a good spare (I'll be going obd1 soon with a dohc vtec).
