ya i know.. i was in a hurry to find it out.. at the time i was at school i was hoping some one quite knowlegable would see it really quick and throw one up 4 me.. or just give me a jist.. and the exhaust.. look at these threads w/ some info..

What is your Q: How does a distributor work? Did you read the HowStuffWorks link?

Our distributor has sensors inside that coordinate all fueling and timing events as well as housing the ignition components (coil and igniter) in order to create a spark.

What kind of info are you looking for....what specific Q's did you have?
