almost done with my stainless steel 2.5 exhaust, this is the resonator will go right after the cat.
it is not perfect, need to grind away the lip inside the inlets.

didn't want to post pics directly too big i think.

my dad did the tig welding, it is made out of foodgrade steel. i think i will have him build me a turbo mani when the time comes.

What did you use for packing? Fiberglass, or stainless steel wool or something else?

 

high temp fiberglass, will see how it sounds.
