Default Distributor Question

I have a 1994 Civic DX Coupe as a daily with a D16Z6 (92-95 Si) swapped in. The distributor is going out pretty soon, just wondering if I could use any other D Series distributor and would it decrease it's performance?

any OBD1 SOHC dizzy will do the same thing your Z6 dizzy will. Theyre all the same as long as its for a D-series and OBD1
