OBD1 VTEC-E distributor same as OBD1 SOHC VTEC distributor?
The title says it all.
Is an ODD1 VTEC-E distributor (d15z1) the same as an OBD1 VTEC distibutor (D16Z6)? I would think so, since they are both OBD1 vtec heads, but stranger things have happened.

The folks on d-series.org and EF-Honda seem to think otherwise... Can anyone else shed any more light on this subject?
