Are you getting 12 volts to the distributor?
If not start there

 

yes i am getting 12 volts

 

Have you checked your grounds to the distributor and thermostat housing?
If 12v is getting to your primary coil check your ground paths.
Have you put a spark tester on the spark plug wires?
I don't have the schematic in front of me for the dizzy, what year is the car and harness setup?now that I reread your first post its most likely a ground issue if all your parts work on another car unless its the ecu pins or harness side pins.

 

all the grounds are fine they were all checked with a light tester and voltmeter

 

Have you checked for the input signal to the ignitor?and continuity to the ecu from the distributor?

 

yes that was stated in the first post

 

timing belt still good? no spinning of cam=no spark

 

You said you have power to the distributor assembly, is that with engine cranking and not just when ign. is turned on?

Also, MM&Y of car and any mods/swaps would help. 94
