Default Distributer full of oil.....

This is the second time i have put a new distributer on my b16a and its the second time oil has started leaking out of the bottom of the distributer where the cap meets the actual distributer...does anyone know what might be causing this?

Most importantly there is a seal (O-ring) on the distributor connection to the camshaft. Its making oil seep through.

Then there is the distributor cap seal.. it outlines the cap and its the one in between the cap and the housing.
