Default Dismantling the valve train

I'm working on rebuilding the head on my 00 si.

I've got most of the valves out but 3 on the intake side are stuck. The keepers seem to be seized to the retainer. Does anyone know how I can go about getting these off?

Also... all the valve seals on the exhaust side are stuck fast. I have the pliers but they just slip off.

Can anyone give any suggestions on how to get these out??

Thanks.

For the keepers, get a deepwell socket that's a little smaller that your retainer. Put the socket on top of the retainer, make sure it's sitting flat on the retainer. Then you tap it with a hammer, just enough to jolt the spring down a little. For the seals, get one of the thin shop rags and put it over the valve seal, then take your pliers and try removing them. It worked out good for me. Hope this helps.
