im trying to do a valve adjustment for my d16z6 head. im using this guide. http://www.lvracingscene.com/forum/s...lve-Adjustment

so i set the valves when its on TDC, then spin it 360 and set the other valves, my camshaft wont spin anymore. what could be the problem?? its super stuck when ever i try to spin it back to tdc.

Loosen all the valves and do it again.

you over tightened the valve lash, loosen and retry

alright ill give it a try tomorrow...when doing the valves..isnt it suppose to be tight with a little play??

so i just tried it again...im using the 008 for intake and the 0010 for exhaust, i did it perfectly but its still too tight to spin. what else could be wrong?? or am i just way off on valve adjusting??

is this normal for the valve spring/valve to be down even though the rocker arms are off?
