Default Disconnected 02 sensor, major problems?

Well, I went on and ordered the 02 sensor from Honda, because it started getting pretty bad(The 02 sensor). The car was drivable, but not really, lol.

So I need the car, if I disconnect the 02 sensor for a few days until the get the sensor from Honda, will that cause any problems?
My CEL came out, but the car drives fine, can I leave the 02 unplugged?
In this case, where does the ECU base the fuel maps off of?

The ECU bases the fuel and ignition maps off of the MAP and RPM inputs - just as they would whether or not the O2 was plugged up.

What you don't have now is closed loop operation - so your gas mileage and performance will probably suffer.

Will you hurt things driving around for a few days with the O2 unplugged - doubt it. Do you have any other choice though? Doesn't sound like it.
