Default Direct Vtec Wiring

I swapped my prelude from F22 to Vtec H22 using the F22 Harness. I bought a Neptune RTP chipped P06 ECU (still trying to figure out how to run that with sane idle) and am trying to get my vtec running.

After reading a whole bunch of vtec connection articles, i have following things to tell you all.

My vtec does not have an oil pressure sensor, its JDM that's normal

I dont have the Knock sensor or the AIB wired anywhere, their wires are just cut so i think i dont need them, can turn them off with Neptune

basically my question is, i am connecting my vtec wiring, can i directly go from vtec solenoid to the ecu without going thru the wire thingy on the tower

Wire thingy

or this wire thingy

Waiting for your answers as my vtec is wired and waiting for getting in the ecu A4 pin
