Default difficulty removing rod studs?

While I'm redoing the bearings, I figure I might as well replace rod studs and main studs. I'm wondering it they're pressed in or if I can tap them out with a hammer and tap the new ones in. The rods and pistons are currently still in the engine. I'm also going with ARP stuff.

Thanks!

You have to take the rod to the machine shop if you want to take the stud out and replace with it arp. The main stud however can easily just be taken out.
