Default Difficulty of installing sway bars?

Can anyone tell me how hard it is and can it be done at home with regular tools or should i take it to the shop?

which sway bar are we talking about fron rear
what car

we kinda need specifics
usually you wont need any more that a socket set a set of metric wrenches
A BIG HAMMER and a tie rod seperator(to break loose the ball joints)

I found some cheap TL S sway bars for my accord and was wonerin if i could do it myself. Its for the front and rear. I dont wanna install anything that involves a lot of stripping, suspenion wise.
