Default Difficulty installing sleeves?

How difficult is it to install Darton sleeves into a B16a2 or any motor for that matter? Is this something that can be done by someone who has pretty good knowledge throughout the engine bay? I am also willing to try if it is possible, i want to understand my engine from top to bottom without question!

installing new cylinder sleeves is by no means a do it yourself job.

they ABSOLUTLY MUST be installed my a professional machine shop who has done this before. you HAVE to remove the engine block and have them install them.

i belive there is cutting, welding, boring and honeing involved when re-sleeveing a block.
