Difference Between PR3 and Pr4 ecu's
ihave a 91 crx with a obdo b16 set up and when i use a pr3 ecu
my car randomly cuts out, when the check engine light comes on the light just
stays solid, i have tryes 3 pr3 ecus all the same porblem.
if i use a pr4 i have no problem but no VTEC. what are the diffent things the pr3
contols that the pr4 dont? thanks

The PR3 has the capabilities of controlling VTEC, and can use input from the knock sensor, where as the PR4 cannot. Check to figure out exactly which codes the PR3 is throwing and we'll know how to better help you.
