Difference Between B16A Head & B16B Head

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell the difference's between B16A head and B16B head. Need the info ASAP as i am planning for a HYBRID with a B20B Block, as far as i know the compression level on both the heads are different!! what if i use a B16A Head But The Cam and Valve and the Retainers i use the B16B TypeR?? Will it be the same as a B16B head?
