Did I just get a set of recalled Eagle rods?

Did I just get a set of recalled Eagle rods?
These are Eagle H-Beam ESP rods I just ordered not too long ago, I was just getting ready to install the rods onto my crankshaft and took the bolts out thinking, wait, these don't look right...

Eagle never recalled the rods with 5/16" bolts.At one point they just started making them with 3/8" bolts.Many engines were built with the smaller bolts with no problem.
