Default Diagnose Clutch problem..... ( VIDEO )

Clutch pedal has been sticking to floor here and there recently...
Last Saturday my Clutch pedal sticks to floor...... I pop it back up it is completely dead, no pressure. Maybe clutch cable is bad or maybe the throwout bearing spring popped off? I shot a cell phone video of the clutch release arm so you can see what happens when it is pressed. Thanks for any ideas....

Car is a 90 civic si

I also think the way the cable is bolted on is wrong compared to the Helms diagram...

there isnt 1, this is a cable tranny not hydro, its possible that the throwout bearing came off or the pressure is messed up in some what
