Default Desperate need of transmission help

Is there any way to tell the differance between a input shaft bearing and a throw out bearing failure? I have a 04 RSX type-s transmission that i just installed, makes a constant loud sqeal/rattle sound. The only time it goes away is if im in gear and accelerating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That's probably an input (main) shaft bearing. Is it at idle as well? Meaning, in neutral with the clutch disengaged.

Yeah, its there at idle with and with out the clutch pressed. I have to pull it out anyway, so I just orderd the bearing.

if you hear noise when:

clutch pedal pressed + vehicle stopped + engine running = TOB
foot off clutch + vehicle stopped + engine running + trans in neutral = ISB
