but i just got a 1996 honda civic coupe hx with a d16y8 swap with a y7 manifold running a p2e ecu.
keeps bogging for some reason only under 3 grand rpms
and over 3grand rpms it nida jerks once and a while.

wtf is going on!!
any helps or info would be great!!

i got new spark plugs and wires too btw thanks

 

Without any history of the car or the problem or even a CEL, you'll need to just go down the line, checking each of the most likely systems until you find what's wrong. Check the grounds, timing, filters, sparks, TPS voltages, MAP sensor voltages and the fuel pressure, probably in that order.
