Default del sol from hell

Main issue, car starts good and idles perfect when cold, I hear a loud loud loud sucking noise from my intake. Not normal trust me. I've cleaned the iac and still loud, no surging. Also once the car is fully warmed up I go to drive off in fuel t gear and all gears and engine bogs so bad. Wot it even backfires from intake. Then after I some time warmed up it just wants to die with any bit of throttle.

Let me give you some background

93 civic del sol d16y8 swap, rywire harness (tuck), new tps perfectly set, iac valve is factory, map sensor stock factory, grounds all redone, new injectors, new stock fuelfilter, stock fpr factory, new alt, new batt, s300 p28, no cel, b&m fuel pump.

Recently did my head gasket, and timing belt, new oem valves, springs, retainers, timing looks on point, set timing with light.

I've searched and I've heard it could the dizzy, new plugs gapped to .44, new cap n rotor, new coil and resistor.

I heard also tps, I have a question, when I unplug the tps nothing changes, could it be bad?

I have no cat and the s300 is on a stock p28 tune...

There could be so much im missing. Im no electrician. Im a full time barber and right now I would be bringing this to a shop but I know how many qualified individuals are on here that can assist me. Please need your help

Check and make sure your spark plug wires are in the right places on the distributor. I noticed you didnt mention anything about them in your first post.

That wouldn't cause it to run smooth when cold right? It runs good until it warms up that's when the magic begins.

Ok so more info.
Black water was coming out of exhaust, when I would lightly rev it cold it would spew lots of water out the exhaust.
Removed the plugs and were black dry soot on all four plugs.
I ordered a new fpr with gauge.

First initial start cold after sitting a day, idles rough for about 45 seconds to a minute(<-- water in gas??) then the idle slowly smoothes out to about 2000rpm, with no bucking or backfiring. (Mind you, all this is while still cold) with pressing the throttle, Rpms rise perfectly.

As the car warms up with no load or touch of the throttle the idle stays around 750... as soon as the car is fully warmed when fan kicks on, a touch of the throttle hesitation, choking, major pops and backfires from intake if I keep foot on throttle.

Obviously she running rich.

I have honda s300..
on the graph It shows ign, inj, during idle they are parallel,

------------------------------------------------inj
-------------------------------------------------ign

Tap the throttle and injectors go up sharply and the ignition drops.. shouldn't the both rise smoothly???

compression test. If there is backfiring from intake that's most likely engine mechanical timing is off or the valve job was not done right. Do a compression test
