definitions please
I don't consider myself a noob but on forums like this when people use shorthand style typing sometimes I don't understand what they mean. like the 3 letter abbreviations
ex. lca= lower control arm and cel= check engine light. along those lines
definitions of any of these types of abbreviations would be appreciated

There are quite a few but some I remember off the top of my head are. a lot of them you can assume from the letters and the topic
VC= Valve Cover
HG=Head Gasket
Dizzy= Distributor
VSS= Vehicle Speed Sensor
FC- Flux Capacitator
IM= Intake MAnifold

thanks for those, I do try and assume what they are but alot of it is me not knowing the part name or the full part name so what I try to think it is doesn't make sense
