Default Defaut VAFC for emissions?

For some very odd reason I did not pass the ECU part of my emissions test.
It didn't throw any codes; it simply rejected it.
I had my OBD2 and stock p2 ecu its just my VAFC has settings on it.
Will this cause my ECU to not be read, or basically rejected to the jumper at emissions?

(I run a obd1 JUN Ecu on normal basis, both I replaced for emissions)

When i smog mine, I hide change all the setting to -5 and turn on vtec at 9 grand. I've never had a problem. The setting you have may be giving a map signal that doesnt agree with idle, or it might effect you timing too.
