Default DEAD HEATER HELP!!!

About two weeks ago my freaking heater decided to die and now I'm heatless in 20 degree mornings, being from Wisconsin. Here is the problem, my heater is completely dead, it won't turn on at all. I feel heat coming out AFTER driving for a while but that's probably all engine heat. Not the fuse in the engine bay either, checked it and not blown. also just installed a sub and amp too, so thinking that might also have a part in this issue.

The heater or the blower motor? Don't know how you installing a sub and amp would affect this unless your wiring was pretty unorthodox.

The whole climate control system is dead. all three of the control ***** and and lower buttons dont work so when i turn the fan control on nothing happens. And thought it was subs and amp because this happened after. Before this the previous owner had a damaged climate control wire harness and sometimes the fan would jump to high by itself even when I'm only on low or medium.

Damage was Loose wires that came out of the pins on the connectors, bought a brand new harness and it still doesn't turn on. So is it a fuse problem? If there is heat coming from the vents after driving around, does that mean that my blower still works? (Fan control **** is completely turned to off position)
