DC integra knuckles on a EK chassis... will it work?

Yes, you can use 94-01 Integra front knuckles on a 96-00 Civic. If you have a lower trim level Civic that came with 9.4" front brakes, then the result would be that you'd have the 10.3" front brakes from the non-R Integras, or 11" front brakes from an Integra Type R.
