Default dB level on N1 catback with jdm header?

if someone can tell me the answer to this, i would greatly appreciate it. i'm trying to persuade someone about this...

anyway, can someone tell me what the decible level of the n1 catback would be with the jdm itr header and carsound hi-flow cat? i know with the silencer it should be around 7 dB less of what it is when it's off. would it be under 95dB (the CA dB limit) with the silencer in there?

how about without the header?

i know it's a hard question to answer but if someone can just give me an estimated number, i'd greatly apperciate it.

i've got an Apex N-1 w/ the JDM 4-1 and carsound cat and it isn't that loud... i don't know about dB. it is louder than the OEM cat with say a reg. DC header but the gain is worth it to me. just DON'T get a testpipe it's loud as ****!

When do they messure that dB level? Mine is below that during normal operation and moderate acceleration, but full throttle it is VERY loud and definitely above the legal limit.
