Default damaged valve guides?

i'm looking at buying this h22 head off of ebay, the guy said that the exhaust valves are bent, and that is the only problem....my question is, if i got new valves, is that really all i would need to do in order to fix it?i'm kinda in a hurry, bc another head i'm looking at is over tom.

i belive, that the worse case scenario would be the valve guides being damaged....if so, then what would need to be done besides replacing valves(if there wasnt any guide damage)??

heres a link to the ebay ad

if the head is that cheap just buy it and buy a set of valves from someone....a machine shop down here charges $7.50 a guide for ne ones that are bad.....unless they are all bad the head should be a good deal.

ok cool, so it sounds to that even if the guides are damaged, it is a relatively cheap repair plus some valves....?

Well, do you have pics of the head? Its a different story if the valves bent and dinged up other stuff in the head. I'd say as long as its just the bent valves and the valve seats didnt get raped, go for it. Just get the valves/guides/seals replaced and rock it.
