Hello there

I just bought a EG5 Civic ESi 1.6 16v SOHC and i am located in UK. I know that over here we have different models and names from Us market Civics. Basically engine is D16Z6 engine if this make any sense to you guys.

Well my question is what modifications can i do so i can get more power? I dont wanna buy Superchargers or turbocharger kits? Can i put different head on this engine? ANy suggestions are welcome

You can do the basic upgrades first; header, intake, cat-back exhaust system. Beyond that, you could get the head port & polished, higher compression pistons, better flowing intake manifold, and getting your ecu chipped and/or tuned.
