Default Car running lean at cruising speed

Hello,

I have a turbocharged Civic Si.

I have a OBD-1 conversion and im running Crome.

My car runs lean when I'm cruising (not accelerating).

It runs fine for 2-3 seconds then the wideband starts to indicate +16.0... sometimes 18.5.... Obviously the car bugs down and has no power. As soon as I press the accelerator it goes back to normal. Then it gets lean again after 2-3 seconds of driving at a constant speed

Same happens when the car is running on idle after a drive. It will start to run lean and stall. Cold idle is fine.

My guess is it runs like **** when it's in close loop. But what could be causing that?

My wideband is a PLM M300 and I'm using the narrowband output for the ECU. That could be my problem right?

I'm not running a stock o2 sensor anymore. Just the wideband and the narrowband output to the ECU.

Any suggestions?
