I am about to start on my d16z6 sohc VTEC swap and am going to be ordering a full gasket kit and water pump timing belt combo to start. Just wondering does this matter or has any one stumbled upon this problem or answer? I've been comparing rockauto and 1aauto prices but I can only find the water pump and timing belt having optional VTEC part #s. Thanks for all your help.

 

all of the other gaskets are the same for the head. I haven't found one yet that comes with a gasket for the vtec solenoid.
