d16y8 PROBLEM HELP!!!!!!!!

i have this problem with my car its a 92 si with y8 with a p28 and after you drive the car for 30min it wont go over 3.5 rpms and idles weird anyone no what to do the motor was just put in a few days ago

Y8 don't really like stock p28.
Bt need more information.
Does it have a check engine light?
What dizzy was used?
