Default d16y8 head on d16z6 block

okay, i know this has been beaten to death. im not asking why i should do it, but its my only choice. my mini me(a6 block and Y8 head) took a poop. the block had a bad ring. i picked up a perfect z6 block for cheap, i say block because the head has stripped bolts from the valve cover mounting points, so i say block. the head from my mini-me is awesome. i want to put the y8 head on the z6. i know that z6 flows better and the y8 has better chambers, etc... i know that the two top head studs furthest away from each other need to be y8 while the rest are z6. what i need to know is what water pump, head gasket, and T-belt do i use.
im assuming(i know, not supposed to do this) that i use the y8 t-belt, z6 WP and the y8 head gasket cause it will help raise compression. something about a two and three layer. if anyone has the part number for the two layer feel free to let me know also

You can use all y8 parts. The 3 layer headgasket was origainlly a y8 part, but i believe honda uses it for the z6 part listing now, too. The 2 layer thing is when peeps modify the gasket my removing the middle layer- a silly thing to do, it compromises the gasket integrity. If you are that desperate to gain compression, mill 10-30 thou off the head.

Note- i'm sure you know your compression is going to be almost a point lower with the z6 short block...
