This question has been asked before, but no one's really answered--at least that I could find.

What kind of mounting mods need to be done to get a d16y8 dizzy to fit a d16z6 head?

The bolt pattern is completely different
Pictures would be helpful... people have mentioned using washers, but I don't really get how they would be used.

 

If I remember right, you have to elongate the hole that is already oval shaped,, or something like that.
