Default d16a6 bock with z6 head

i have a 91 civic with the stock a6 block and i want to put a z6 head i have dne constant research for about 2 months now and i cant find ny specific info.
i need to know:
what timing belt to use
do i really need and adjustble cam gear
whats the bonus of an upgraded cam and vavle train
what kind of diffrence will a full msd ignition system make? high outpu external ignition coil ,dizzy and 8.5 wire
is a chipped p28 ecu the best route
is a port and polish worth the money if so how far shoud i go with the port
cani use my a6 fuel rail or would it be better to a z6 fuel rail if i go with a z6 fuel rail should i get an aftermarket one and get bigger injectors?
and most impotanly where can i find all these parts at a good price?

Z6 timing belt, stock z6 cam gear, more power, lighter wallet, yes, depends on your goals, use whatever goes with the intake manifold.

Go to a mechanic to get it timed. I'm telling you, it's worth the $50 to get a professional to time it. Ask him to show you how if you want, but timing isn't something to do on your own if you don't know what you're doing.

yes you can keep using the stock fuel rail(make sure you use the one for the manifold your gonna use). i wouldnt use an aftermarket intake manifold. use either a z6 one or a y8 one. most aftermarket ones are overkill even for a fully built turbo motor. if you are trying to stay on a budget you can also use a 60mm tb from a b h or f series motor. make sure you port match the intake manifold however. and you dont need to upgrade to the full msd ignition. the stock ones are good up til over 600 hp

not trying to thread jack but i just did this swap in my obd0 ef over the weekend. my injectors squirt fuel out of them. i used my a6 intake, a6 fuel rail, but the z6 injectors. i have a few o ring kits and replaced the o rings but it still does the same thing. any ideas on why it is shooting fuel?
